Advantages of being an investor.

Are you a good investor?
When we start anything we get self doubt, anxiety and stressed out. We need to know whether we are doing it right. That is why we constantly pester our friends, classmates and whoever willing to hear us. Now a days we go to various blogs and check if we are doing it right. If we are able to do something better than others then we go to blogs and Facebook to tell everyone that we are doing fine. We increase our happiness by sharing also reduce sorrows by sharing. We get more happy by comparing others also we feel miserable by comparing others. If our friend able to get a 30 percent return on stock and you get 25 percent then you spend several days without sleep. These things happen since we do not have a per-conceived investment plan.
First of all we have to define what is good investor means. Warren Buffet is a good investor. So is George Soros and many more people. So do you compare with them and worry if you are not doing as well as them.
I remember one of my friends written a quote sometime back. the quote is about success.
"People define success in many ways. But real success is the one that gives satisfaction and pleasure when achieved. So it is paramount to ascertain first what success means to you." Arockiam J
Same with investing. You have to first define what is investing success means to you. Will you consider yourself if you make a million per year? Will you be happy if you make an annualized return of 13 percent? So if you have an achievable target in mind you would not be worried about what others are making. You will work towards your target.
Also one investment or one trade will not tell you if you are a good investor or bad investor.

Why some stocks are muti baggers and few others may make you beggars?
Some stocks are multi baggers. That is they multiply over a course of
few years. When an investor invests in a company which is low priced
tend to appreciate over time due to high growth, improving market
sentiment etc,
Why the stock is undervalued in first place? It may be a growing company in the latest industry or it was bottomed out due to market conditions or debt ridden.
If you buy debt ridden non performing, dividend paying company on borrowed money then those companies can make you beggar over a course of time or within few months if market collapses. Turn around stories are rare and if you invested in those companies consider your self lucky. You may not be able repeat it.

Unsecured Personal Loans, Bad Credit, Online Cash Borrowing With Poor Credit Score by Farold Haefen
Unsecured Personal Loans Bad Credit Online Cash Borrowing With Poor Credit Score

A few years ago, the only way that people with bad credit could access
credit financing was by pledging some asset as security on the amount of
cash that they planned to borrow. The pledged asset also had to have
some value close to the amount being borrowed. This is not the case
anymore as some lenders are now giving out unsecured personal loans bad
credit where the credit scores of the borrower also do not matter.
How to get better terms on the loans
Unsecured personal loans bad credit have very high interest rates as a
measure by the lenders to reduce the risks of losing their unsecured
cash to people with records of poor repayments and defaulting loans
among other things. The loans are also given at very strict terms and
any violations will attract huge penalties. The borrower should
therefore try to find better terms before applying for the loans by:
Comparing lenders- this is quite easy especially when done online and
you first need to come up with a number of lenders who offer these unsecured loans. You then need to compare them to find the one whose quote on unsecured personal loans bad credit reflects: More flexible terms and conditions Lower interest rates An amount that will handle your needs Dealing with reputed lenders- choosing to deal with a lender known for good reputation is another way you can get better terms. The borrower should take time to carefully go through the reviews posted by previous borrowers in the website of the lender and this should greatly help in making the right decision. There are also some online sites that can help you on this as they give reviews and ratings of different lenders. Improving credit scores with unsecured personal loans with bad credit People with bad credit can use these loans to raise their credit scores as this can later help them to easily obtain other types of loans. All they need to do is borrow the loans and then make prompt repayments while keeping in line with the terms agreed on these loans. Keeping an extended but clean credit period can also help to improve credit scores. Even if you don't have any valuable assets under your name, it is now easy to qualify for bad credit loans. Most lenders are now offering unsecured personal loans bad credit in a bid to gain more customers and all you need is to carry out a quick search to find them, apply for the loans and get the funds. Is Mortgage Refinancing Right for You? by Jess Hall
These days, it is hard not to be enticed by the historically low mortgage refinancing rates. Now could be the perfect time to refinance, but is refinancing your loan right for you? Here are a few points to take into
consideration if you are thinking about refinancing your home loan.
The Benefits of Refinancing
Beyond potentially saving you thousands of dollars, refinancing your mortgage can also help you consolidate debt and pay off other bills. Your life has probably changed from the time you first got your home loan. Perhaps you got a better paying job or you have a new baby on the way. You may have new expenses that never existed before, or you may be making more money than when you started. In many cases, refinancing your home loan could save you hundreds, or even thousands of dollars money which could be well spent in other areas of your life. Ideally, your mortgage should not be costing you above one third of your total gross income. If you are dealing with a high interest rate, you have been hit with an adjustable rate that has skyrocketed, or you have experienced a drop in income for whatever reason it's a good idea to consider
refinancing and locking in a better rate.
Working with a Trusted Lender
Working with a trusted lender is one of the best decisions you can make when you decide to refinance. Trusted lenders, like Aurora Bank (Equal Housing Lender, member FDIC) for example, understand a multitude of product options and can explain those options to you as well as the costs that are involved in the refinancing process.
Know Your Options
There's no shortage of lending companies vying for your business. But it pays to do your own research as well.Take advantage of online mortgage calculators and run different scenarios based on your income, property tax, and extra payments you can afford to make.See exactly how much home you can afford and create a spectrum of possibilities for refinancing. Then, speak with a home loan consultant who can help you with your financing needs. You may be pleasantly surprised at just how much money you'll save by refinancing at today's low rates. Overall, honest, exceptional service and a dedication to customer satisfaction are what
make the best mortgage refinancing lenders stand out.
